This model was created in the ULMA Packaging technology center by a team of engineers and researchers. As a result, the machine combines advanced packaging technologies to meet the highest requirements of the food industry.
The cantilever frame structure is made entirely of stainless steel. The high level of moisture protection, combined with a design that allows many parts of the machine to be easily removed for cleaning, make the FM 300 the ideal packaging machine for a wide range of applications in the fresh food industry.
The FM 300 model is equipped with a “Box Motion” welding head, driven by two independent motors. This technology provides great flexibility and allows for high-quality hermetic seals without losing high productivity.

Features
- Electronic machine with several independent motors that are synchronized by an industrial PC. These features make the machine very flexible and productive, and the changeover time for product change is reduced to a minimum.
- The machine is assembled on a stainless steel frame. The well-thought-out cantilever frame design facilitates access to internal components and simplifies cleaning and maintenance of drives, and prevents the accumulation of dirt and dust.
- The design of the infeed conveyor allows it to be easily disconnected from the machine and disassembled for cleaning and disinfection.
- The front-loading roll holder with pneumatic roll fastening makes roll changes extremely easy for machine operators.
- Fully adjustable sleeve former for. The machine also remembers the height of the product in the program and, when selecting this program again, automatically sets the height of the longitudinal sealing unit and the position of the sealing jaws of the transverse sealing system.
- The transverse sealing system of the “Box Motion” type with two independent motors, which ensures flexibility and high quality of hermetic seals in the versions for packaging in MAP, without loss of productivity reserve.
- Independent temperature control for each pair of sealing rollers, as well as for the upper and lower sealing jaws. Temperature control is integrated into the touch screen.
- The machine control panel is located on a swivel bracket, so that it allows access to the machine control from any position. The control panel is equipped with a touch screen with a very clear intuitive interface.
- The “No product - no package” and “Offset product - double package” functions are included in the basic equipment of the car.
- Versions available for working with various types of film (BOPP, shrink films, barrier laminated films, OPA/PE, etc.).
- Photo sensor for working with a photo mark.
