REX RVF Series Vacuum Fillers

Rotor Feed System

REX vacuum fillers are based on a rotor mechanism with gate plates. This ensures uniform and gentle product movement without excessive compression or damage to the product structure.

Depending on the model and version, the rotor is equipped with a different number of gates and blank plates. This design allows for processing, among other things, structured minced meats, products with large inclusions, and raw materials for dry-cured products.

Precise Portioning

REX Servodrive technology ensures precise positioning of the mechanisms and consistent portion weights. The manufacturer also notes low power consumption, smooth operation, and low maintenance requirements.

Depending on the model, portioning performance can reach up to 1,200 portions per minute for small portions.

Touch Control

The vacuum fillers are equipped with a built-in REX touch control system. It allows you to monitor operating parameters, save settings, and control connected accessories.

The system also monitors maintenance intervals. Ethernet interfaces and remote diagnostic capabilities are provided. To integrate enterprise equipment into a single information network, the manufacturer offers the REX Network system.

Hygienic design

The equipment housings are made of high-quality stainless steel. Smooth surfaces and a well-designed work area make cleaning and sanitizing easy.

Folding loading hoppers provide convenient access to internal surfaces when changing products and cleaning the equipment.

Model Range

RVF 220 — Compact solution

The entry-level model in the line for small businesses and production facilities with frequent product changes.

Filling capacity: up to 2,000 kg/h, pressure: 40 bar. Hoppers are available in 50 or 100 liter capacities.

The model is equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen as standard and can optionally be connected to clippers and equipped with a casing holder.

RVF 327 / 327 S

Models for small and medium-sized businesses with frequent changeovers products.

Productivity — up to 2,700 kg/h, filling pressure — 40 bar, funnels — 100 or 160 l.

The RVF 327 S version is equipped with a servo-driven twister.

RVF 330 / 330 S

A more productive version of the 300 series:

• productivity - up to 3,000 kg/h;
• pressure - 45 bar;
• funnels - 100 or 160 l;
• RVF 330 S - With a servo-driven twister.

RVF 420 / 420 S and RVF 430 / 430 S

Compact machines of the 400 series for small and medium-sized enterprises.

RVF 420 provides a capacity of up to 2,000 kg/h, RVF 430 - up to 3,000 kg/h. Both series are available with hoppers with a capacity of 100, 160, 250, or 350 l.

Versions with the indexS are equipped with a servo-driven twister.

RVF 436 / 436 S

Universal machines for medium and industrial production.

Productivity reaches 3,600 kg/h, filling pressure is — 45 bar, hoppers are available from 100 to 350 l.

RVF 460 / 460 S

High-performance 400 series models with a capacity of up to 6,000 kg/h and a filling pressure of 45 bar.

Funnels are available in capacities of 100, 160, 250, and 350 l. The RVF 460 S version is equipped with a servo drive Twisting machine.

RVF 740 and RVF 760

Models for medium and large specialized production.

RVF 740 — up to 4,000 kg/h.
RVF 760 — up to 6,000 kg/h.

Both models work at pressures up to 45 bar and are equipped with 250 or 350 l capacity hoppers. They can be used with a grinder attachment and other additional equipment.

RVF 736 and RVF 761 — high pressure

These models are designed for cold, viscous, and difficult-to-process masses.

Maximum pressure The filling pressure is 70 bar.

RVF 736 delivers a throughput of up to 3,600 kg/h, while the RVF 761 delivers up to 6,100 kg/h. The reinforced drive is especially effective when used with the REX grinder attachment.

RVF 911 and RVF 913

The most productive models in the line, designed for industrial use and high production volumes.

RVF 911: up to 11,000 kg/h, pressure 45 bar.
RVF 913: up to 13,000 kg/h, pressure 35 bar.

Both models are equipped with a loading hopper350 l. The fillers can be integrated into automated lines with clippers and other equipment.

Filling capacity is indicated as the maximum for the corresponding model. The configuration and available loading hopper options depend on the equipment version.
