Automatic weight control
The REX vacuum filler is connected to the weighing terminal via a serial interface. During production, the operator periodically selects individual portions and weighs them on the platform.
The resulting value is automatically transmitted to the vacuum filler control unit and compared with the specified portion weight. If a deviation is detected, the system adjusts the filling parameters.
Automatic filling adjustment
Filling volume adjustments are performed directly through the vacuum filler control system. The resulting values and changes are displayed on the touchscreen.
This eliminates the need for the operator to manually calculate and constantly adjust portioning parameters.
Reducing product overfilling
RWS 3000/6000 helps reduce deviations from the set weight and avoid systematic overfilling of portions.
This allows you to:

Average weight calculation

Integration with REX Vacuum Fillers
RWS 3000/6000 is designed for use with REX vacuum fillers. Data exchange between the weighing terminal and the control system is carried out via a serial interface.
The system uses REX software, which does not require a separate license fee.
